Our Services
Our first aid training is a comprehensive program designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills required to provide immediate medical assistance in emergency situations. It aims to equip participants with the confidence and ability to assess, respond, and stabilize a person's condition before professional medical help arrives.
We offer 3 different types of trainings: American Red Cross (ARC), American Heart Association (AHA) and American Health & Safety Institute (HSI).

About Us

HSI Adult First Aid
Course Overview
Training participants to gain or improve knowledge and skill proficiency in adult first aid for adult, child, and infant. This program includes flexible instructional tools for developing proficiency via demonstration and prompted practice, including scenario-based problem-solving exercises with feedback.
CPR/AED
Course Overview
This course reflects the latest resuscitation science and treatment recommendations published by the International Liaison Committee on resuscitation (ILCOR), and it conforms with the 2020 American Heart Association (AHA) Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC and the annual Guidelines Update.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
Reservation and Cancellation Policy We understand that unavoidable circumstances arise and that some appointments have to be re-scheduled. If you must re-schedule, please contact us as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: Once your payment has been accepted by us, we will be unable to offer a refund if you change your mind, cancel your class or do not show up for class. Those who arrive later than 15Â minutes past the scheduled class start time will have to reschedule. If you need to change your class date, we are MORE than happy to reschedule your appointment, as long as you call us BEFORE your original class date/time. If you contact us AFTER the scheduled class time, you will forfeit your payment and will have to register/pay again. Please remember to contact us immediately if you need to re-schedule.
